Little Warriors

Saturday 9 - 10am

Little Warrior classes are aimed specifically at 4 - 6 year olds.

This engaging programme provides an excellent platform for children to learn in a safe, controlled environment and at their own pace.

Given the very low student to instructor ratio at our classes, we are able to adapt our coaching style to your child rather than teaching to suit a large group.

Our curriculum has been fine-tuned over many years based upon the experience gained from teaching hundreds of children and you can be confident that it is a very effective programme for this age group.

Your child will train with other children of a similar age and therefore will not be overwhelmed by older children. This means more age-specific instruction and better results!

The aim of our Little Warriors class is to give your child a positive introduction to martial arts and exercise in general in a relaxed environment and we also guarantee that they will have a lot of fun in the process!

Junior Classes

Sat 9 - 10am - Weds 18:15 - 19:15 & 19:15 - 20:15

Junior classes are aimed at 7 - 13 year olds, and comprise a mixture of technique work, application and controlled sparring.

 

Our classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and combine fun and games with technique specific drills to enhance the students core kickboxing skills.

Classes are always fun and energetic, encouraging children to discover things for themselves, while remaining structured to ensure that every student gets the most out of every single class.

 

We have a number of coaches at the class and therefore we are able to split the classes into small groups making the sessions appropriate for both age and ability. 

Whilst we promote working hard and discipline, we don't underestimate the importance of the students having fun too!

Adult Classes

Saturday 10 - 11:30 & Weds 20:15 - 21:15pm

Our Adult kickboxing classes are available to students 13 years and above. (By agreement with the coaches)

 

The class involves a high degree of controlled sparring as we consider it important to be able to execute techniques in a live situation and all drills/padwork and coaching is with that aim in mind.

Classes are high intensity with plenty of encouragement, but that's not to say that you have to be fit to start! The only commitment you need to make is to walk through the door and be prepared to give it your best shot.

 

Our very experienced coaches will manage your journey to ensure you fitness levels progress safely.

 

We believe Kickboxing is a sport with no age limit and our classes offer benefits and enjoyment for all ages and abilities whether you simply want to get fit or compete internationally you will be made more than welcome at our adult class.
